Return & Refund Policy

Any cancellations, returns or exchange are governed by this policy.

1. Returns / Exchange

We provide 2 days easy returns policy via whatsapp. For any returns / exchange kindly inform us within 2 days after delivery through whatsapp by sending your OID number, full product photo which got delivered and clear parcel packet front invoice photo on 9014188688.

Note: Return/exchange will be processed only if the request is given within 2 days after delivery.

Innerwear's and Nightwear's are Non-Returnable due to hygienic reason.

2. Cancellations

An order placed can be cancelled by the customer before it gets shipped. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

3. Refunds

All refunds will be processed either to your bank account within 7 working days or deposited in Jagstore wallet within 2 working days after the product is returned by the customer in its original condition. The Jagstore wallet balance can be used for purchase of any product on Jagstore website and Jagstore app.

Note:

There will be a deduction of Rs 100 as a Reverse Pickup Charge per product / quantity for providing easy doorstep pick up service and remaining amount will be transferred to your bank account within 7 days after you return the product. Incase your pincode is non serviceable by our courier partners, we will send you the supplier address to courier and then there will not be any deduction and full refund will be transferred to your bank account within 7 days after we receive the product. Incase of Exchange there are no charges.

Up to 2 product / quantity returns or exchange are accepted in a month booked from one Customer Id.

We Ship all products as shown on website but still if customer is claiming that the product is different as shown or damaged, then we require opening video of the parcel packet within 24 Hours to arrange for replacement.

For Wrong / Damaged Product delivered we have only option for free replacement.
